So... why make a fanlisting for Colleen?
Despite the number of times Colleen told me not to build a fanlisting for her because she doesn't deserve it, I still build one in the end. Why? Because I want my visitors, if possible all to know this outstanding webmistress.

She definitely has got a great potential in web designing and I could practically see her improving after every design she created. If you just take a look at her layout histories here, you will agree with me. You can view my 'review' of her creations here.

Not only a wonderful designer, Colleen is also a great friend. No scratch that. She's a wonderful friend. If you know her well enough, you should be aware that she is the few whom you can talk to and share your feelings with. Even though I only know her for about half a year, I can trust her more than some of my offline friends.

Moreover, she is popular in both offline and online. If you ever catch her blog entry about her birthday, you'll probably agree with me.

Another thing about her is that she is dedicated. Even if you don't know her well enough, you should be able to see where her loyalty lies (with Hitsugaya of course *crackles). She is not the type who will fight over something that create a dispute (excluding Hitsugaya). Despite of this, she always leave a space for her friends and would not let her obsessions ruin her friendship with others. It's because of this attitude, that people (including me) give way to her (and let her have Hitsugaya) XD And the way she obsess over a bishounen, is really cute X3

A shooting star isn't probably the best word to describe her as a whole. However, since her domain is called houkiboshi, which literally means comet in English, shooting star is probably the closest to describe her.

To sum it up, Colleen has got a great personality and she's definitely a person that you will never regret knowing.
