[x] Chou Shinrigenshou Nouryokusha Nanaki?
Translated to english, it's Superpsychic Nanaki (a much shorter name).
Chou Shinrigenshou Nouryokusha Nanaki is a 3 volume book written by Ryo Saenagi. It's about a guy called Nanaki Shunsuke, whose PSI ability was suddenly awaken through an accident. Cue Kudoh Ao's appearance, Ao is another PSI user who introduced Nanaki to LOCK, The Paranormal Investigations Agency. Eventually they became partners and along with the other first division members, they solved abnormal situations.

[x] Who is Kudoh Ao?
Ao is the second main character in Chou Shinrigenshou Nouryokusha Nanaki.
He is already 20-year-old (but Nanaki finds it really hard to believe).
Kudoh was abandoned when he was just a baby in front of LOCK, with his name on a card. Since then, LOCK had became his home.
He has the ability to transform things (currently he can transform a rod into anything, but others still not yet, so it's quite limited), see and interact with spirits, telepathy (send and receive thoughts), spirtual attack and healing.

[x] Why EverGreen?
If you directly translate Kudoh Ao's name, it'll be Ever Green, which means forever young. Due to Ao's ability as a healer, there is a side effect which stopped him from aging. So while he looked 16 (which happens to be the age when he used his healing ability), he is actually 20 (thus allowing him to drink sake, a kind of beer).
